See inside the house of where Dickens dined as a boy in this online event.
Charles Dickens’ Birthplace Museum was once on the main road in and out of Portsmouth. As a child, Dickens would have looked out of the front of the house to a busy road and the back of the house to fields. Just think how much times have changed!
In this online workshop you’ll discover all about early Victorian food and diets in Portsmouth, over 200 years ago.
Please note if you are in receipt of Free School Meals then you will receive a food hamper with ingredients for 5 lunches.
